Upbuild / MCP connector

MCP connector · One connector, every platform

One read-only connector. Every platform. Any assistant.

The platform is the product: dashboards, answers and exports that keep running. The connector is the add on that reaches the same accounts from the assistant you already open. One server URL, https://connector.upbuild.app/mcp, and every tool that touches an ad platform is read-only.

How it connects

Three moves, and your assistant can read your accounts.

There is no SDK, no service account and no ticket. If you can paste a URL and click Sign in with Google, the hard part is already done.

Add the server

In Claude it is one click from the connector directory. Everywhere else you paste one URL: https://connector.upbuild.app/mcp. If you came to this page looking for the endpoint, that is it, and this page is only the explanation.

Sign in as yourself

Google first, then Meta, TikTok and Snapchat with a click each on the connect hub. Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch take a one-time credential setup in your own Adobe Developer Console, roughly ten minutes, because Adobe issues API access at the organisation level.

Ask

80 tools across every connected platform answer in seconds. The 14-day trial starts on your first call, with no card. An expired or revoked grant simply re-prompts you on the next call, so there is no reconnect ritual to remember.

In the chat you already have

One question, several platforms, one table.

The connector does not hand your assistant a CSV and hope. Each of the 80 tools is shaped for the question a marketer actually asks, so a sentence that spans Google Ads, Meta and TikTok resolves into three calls and comes back as one table you can keep talking to.

Tools, not raw dumps

Google Ads has raw GAQL through gads_search. Campaign Manager 360 has fifteen tools, down to Floodlight configs, tags and change logs. Tag Manager has twelve, including the live container version.

Your own tables in the same thread

BigQuery answers read-only SQL and Google Sheets reads a tab with its header row understood, so a blended answer can mix platform numbers with what you already loaded yourself.

Last month, three platforms, one answer

Asked in the assistant, answered from the accounts your own login already reaches.

Summarise last month across Google Ads, Meta and TikTok: spend, conversions and ROAS.

Three read-only calls, no export, no dashboard rebuilt.

Access and security

It reads. It never writes to an ad account.

Every tool that touches an advertising platform is read-only: the read variant of each scope wherever a platform offers one, a server-side read-only allowlist for TikTok, whose authorisation is platform-wide by TikTok's own design, and GET-only Adobe tools. Nothing here can change a budget, a bid or a setting.

You see exactly what your login sees

Sign-in is per user OAuth, not a shared service account. Each person connects their own logins, so a junior on four clients reaches four clients and an admin reaches the lot.

Tokens stay on the server

Credentials are stored encrypted server-side and are never exposed to the assistant or to your browser. Responses are cached briefly to keep the conversation quick, then discarded, never used to train models and never sold.

Four assistants, one server

Set it up where your team already works.

MCP is the open standard assistants use to call external tools, so the same server URL and the same sign-in work in all four. Pick yours and follow the steps for it: each one has its own page, because the first screen is different in every product.

Which one you need

Same accounts, same read-only access, different job.

The connector and the platform sit on the same connections and the same per-user sign-in. The difference is whether the answer has to survive you closing the chat.

Take the connector

You already live in an assistant. You want the account tree, a number, an audit or a one-off pull without opening six interfaces, and you want it in the window you are already typing in.

Every platform, 80 tools, read-only on every advertising platform, per-user sign-in, and a 14-day trial that starts on your first question with no card. Google Ads down to raw GAQL, CM360 down to Floodlight configuration, GTM down to the live container version, plus BigQuery and Sheets as sources.

What it does not do: it answers while you are there. Nothing refreshes on its own, nothing lands in a table on a schedule, and nobody without an assistant can read the result.

Set up the connector

Take the platform

The same questions run every week, for other people. Forty clients, or eighteen markets, and the people who need the answer do not all have an assistant open.

Dashboards rebuild their own numbers on a 30, 60 or 1440 minute cadence and every version stays restorable. Answers are saved as named data streams and shared as threads. Exports pull a stream for as many accounts as you choose and write the rows into BigQuery, storage or a spreadsheet on a clock you set, merging on the keys you name. Organisations, roles and link sharing mean a client opens a dashboard with no platform seat at all.

Writing to BigQuery or Sheets lives here, never in the connector. A new dashboard can start three ways: built with Upbuild AI in the app, pasted in from a web chat, or asked for through this connector.

Questions we get

The four things people ask first.

Everything else, including the per-platform tool lists and the exact scopes, is on the setup guide and the metrics and dimensions reference.

What is MCP, and why should a marketer care?

Model Context Protocol is the open standard AI assistants use to call external tools. Upbuild is an MCP server: once it is connected, your assistant queries your ad and analytics accounts directly, so you ask in plain language instead of exporting a CSV to paste into a prompt.

Can I connect more than one Google login?

Yes. The connector exposes three paths, /mcp, /mcp2 and /mcp3, each holding its own Google and platform sign-ins. Each extra login is its own Upbuild account, with its own trial, plan and seats, so it never draws from yours.

What do Adobe and TikTok need?

Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch need a one-time credential setup in your own Adobe Developer Console, about ten minutes, because Adobe issues API access at the organisation level. Upbuild walks the steps and validates instantly. TikTok authorisations expire every 30 days by TikTok's design; the connector notices and guides a quick re-authorisation.

How does the free trial work?

14 days, no card. It starts the moment you ask your first question, not the moment you paste the URL. When it ends you subscribe from the chat itself: ask for billing and you get a secure Stripe checkout link, cancellable any time through Stripe.
